I also had to add the io,dma, and irg settings, before mine would work. You guys might want to checkout my post entitled "Startup Files", with Jogi's help, I was able to write s shell script that loads it at boot. I also found out through this whole process that I didn't need one of the io's that I had been putting in the modprobe line, io=370.
