You need a program that can edit the iso, the trial of UltraISO lets you edit up to I think 150MB, don't know about any free ones that would let you edit a 700MB ISO.
Part of the idea of the MyDSL system was for this reason.  If you edit the iso, you can add additional dsl packages to the CD, for either permanent or optional loading - ie. if you add the dsl's or tar.gz's to the root of the CD, they will automatically load and become integral with your boot, but if you create an "optional" folder, you can pick and choose which packages you want to load at a certian time.  If you make folders not called "optional", you can still add all your data and packages etc., but they won't automatically be registered in the menu system.

So basically, find a program that will let you edit isos, and add your files to the iso before you burn it.  I think some of the newer cd-burning packages let you do this, I THINK the newer Nero's do, but not sure.  I use the mini-cd's (185 - 200MB), so the trial version of UltraISO works fine, as you can edit an iso up to around that size.  But you can't do 700MB with the trial.
Hope that answers your query.

Oh, and you can see all of the files you add if you chuck in the CD in windows.  So you can add your mp3s etc, and access them under windows.
