Always read the info file associated with a myDSL package...sometimes you aren't going to be able to do squat with the software unless you know a little about how the package was built.
Installing the rox desktop at this point requires installation from deb files, as far as i know. If you want to choose on boot which one you want to run, you'd need to set up some sort of script or other form of chooser, such as xdm. That's a fairly lengthy story.
