Unfortunately, that assumes the use of vmware.  I'm utilizing MS Virtual PC (yeah yeah yeah, I know, I'm on a linux board).  Anyway, like annelions, I am able to boot the virtual machine, however I am able to get network connectivity.  The routing is a little odd, but other than that, it works like a champ.  This is, by far and away, a better solution for testing disks than burning coaster after coaster. :D

My USBkey, or a few CDRW's accomplish the same savings,
and allow testing without virtualizing OR sharing hardware
with another OS.
