I've succesfully installed GTK2, JRE and Azureus and they all work fine. But after a restart/reboot DSL has lost my JRE and Azureus programs so I need to install those programs again before I can use it again.
DSL is native installed but the same problem was shown in loopback install. Now every time I use those programs i must mydsl-load jre and azureus and it works

What to do so DSL 'remembers' those fine programs for me?

Using a frugal? Look up auto loading of mydsl extensions. (/ or /mydsl or mydsl=, etc.)

Im using a native install but the same problem occurs with a loopback install. Which file keeps track of autoloading?

Native implies running it directly on the metal - I was referring to how you installed it (what's loopback?).

Anyways, please refer to the local startup documentation that pops up first under dillo.

Are they uci packages?
Uci is mounted, so you need to remount every time, or make a copy of /opt/whatever after mounting to keep it persistent (replace the mounted app with the copy after unmounting it).
