If booting from a 3.2RC4 CD, here's how I got it working.
1. bootup with gnu-utils.unc loading, or install it once booted.
2. run "sudo ldconfig" in your terminal (I'm not sure why the libs that are located in /usr/X11R6/lib aren't seen in the path, but this helps)
3. Install the qsstv app.
4. click icon or run qsstv in the terminal to start.
If booting from an earlier version of DSL ( 1.4, etc.. ) use the gnu-utils.dsl file as your source of the libXft.so.2 file, instead of the gnu-utils.unc posted above, which is only for DSL-3.2 .. Otherwise, same steps.
