Yes I figured it out, and I'm proud of it.
After trying everything I figured that it had to be the server itself.
Monkey just didn't do the job right.
So I installed Apache and yep! Everything works fine now.
I feel like I delivered a baby.
Hope other people can take advantage of my strugle.
