Saiden,
coasters? I don't understand...
I use glinks or wget to download a .tar.gz or .dsl file from the testing area to my home/dsl directory, ( the default ) open emelfm, and highlight the downloaded file and press the mydsl button.. then use the desktop menu to run it and try it out..
If I like it, I copy it to my USBkey or a storage partition on my HD If I don't want to keep it, delete it.. No "burning" involved...
Did I misunderstand something again ?
And we don't want everyone to be trying to run untested apps in their builds, especially the new guys, who won't know how to recover from a failure.. That's why they are in "testing" Once they are well" tested" and receive good feedback from our userbase, I will move them to the main area, and they will be available in the myDSLgui .
clacker, I will look over the freecraft this evening.. Sounds like you got it nailed..
