I'm using a native installed xDSL V0.5 on a modified xbox
   => xDSL is an DSL-clone and it's tweaked for a modified xbox.              
         xDSL is based on Damn Small Linux 2.1RC2

Re-installing DSL and now everything works properly. Thanx for the input !!!

BTW: DSL is superb and when I'm more familiar I'm gonna de-install Windows
