I quess it actually does only same things as just booting with expert-option.

So the booting should be just writing in boot option screen "expert frugal"?

Now it asks a lots of questions, but they don't really apply for this problem itself.

I am running Acer Aspire 1353 laptop, with 128 USB pendrive (from bios it recognizes it as: OTi2168 Flash Disk-(USB)).

Hopefully someone can give some advices, because this prevents me of doing anything else, such as loading wlan drivers.
