i think that site's describing an embedded install which you just run inside windows.

if you want to install on your pen drive, first download the .iso file (not the zip file), burn it on a cd, boot the cd and there's a menu where you can install to usb-pen.

I don`t know which option i have to choose. Shall i choose USB-HDD or USB-ZIP

Sorry for my bad English :> I`m just a German Child :P

USB zip is good for older PC - but it installs a small boot partition & assigns the rest of the pen drive to the regular partition.   This is good for most older PC's

USB HDD is good for newer (about 2001 7 newer) motherboards. This one is good you can also create a boot floppy that will boot to the usb device.

I hope I am right here as I have been reading a lot abou tthis but I am REAL new

Choose USBHDD by default unless you have no other choice.

USBZIP is only needed if your (older) PC supports ONLY USB Zipdrive booting and NOT supports USB Harddrive booting.
