The whole problem of how to get more women into science and technology is a complex one.
At least you're trying to think of something (more than I'm doing), but heart-shaped cds don't strike me as any kind of solution. Might work on little girls if tied to a whole "Barbie" marketing bombardment, but frankly I think most intelligent adult women would feel patronised by this idea.
It would be rather like thinking eg giving dsl a football/ beer logo would somehow get more men to use it.
Now, if you were to give away free beer with each dsl cd, then that's another question altogther ... ;)
