WITHOUT HELP NEWBIES OR CASUAL USERS ARE LOST, with an big app less, nobody is lost

i want a F2 boot option: transfer compressed dsl to hd (leave it compressed) and install a boot record on these hd to boot every time the compressed version from hd

and i read the documentation about dsl extensions.
a lot of words how good this is,
i missed less other words

A CLEAR sample how to boot it next time
after i downloaded for example grub.dsl
(without burning a new cdrom and copy to root)  
would be better for most who want to give it a try
