try this: alias mydsl-load='sudo su dsl -c mydsl-load'
I've never tried it, but it's worth a shot.
Another option is to edit the mydsl scripts. The myDSL system was written specifically for user dsl, and using it as any other user will result in file permission problems.
This issue comes up over and over, and i just have to ask...why do you even care to create a new user? Are there multiple people using your system?
