At least XFree 4.6 is easier to build than Xorg 7.2, and it should support new chipsets also.. So new XFree wouldn't hurt.
Back to topic: Are there all XvMc files?
Printing stuff could be removed, I think.. You should separate Xdm into it's own extension..
Also these aren't needed:
ico, occlock, rstart, rstartd, twm, x11perf, x11perfcomp, xcalc, xclock, xedit, xgc, xkbbell, xload, xmag, xman, xpsimplehelloworld, xpxthelloworld
These are among "printing stuff": xdpr, xphelloworld, xplsprinters, xpr, xprehashprinterlist
