I was runing 2.0, but after your post I have now updated to 2.1 RC2 with Frugal install (grub).
hda1 boot Primary 83 256MB (contains DSL image) hda2 Primary 83 6000MB hda3 Primary 82 256MB
I still don't get any sound though, this isn't critical because I will use this installation for a webserver. But it's always nice to be able to turn on a cd from time to time. At bootup I can see current configuration for my soundcard, Vortex 1, driver=8820.
And how about the boot options, do I need to type them at every startup or can i add them to a file somehow? I want to add monkey to boot later on.
