Topic: Localized system: Can Frugal makes it ?, or should I go for HDD install< Next Oldest | Next Newest >

I'm thinking of DSL beeing the very best choice for a guy that has an old P2 with 64MB (upgradable to 128) RAM, but guys, he doesn't read English !
How would you cope with that ? Should I go for HDD install then localization ?
