Hi all, I'm trying to install DSL (Newer version) to my Compaq Presario CDTV 520 using a boot disk and a CD, but the loading process stops telling that
"No coprocessor found and no math emulation present"
"Giving up"

What can I do?
How can I install DSL on my Computer?

Hi,
I downloaded DSL Ver. 0.5.3.1 and checked the md5sum, and was OK.
But I made the boot disk and it keeps looping at the start of the process. I can´t see nothing on the screen all a see is the RAM check again and again.
First the PC checks for Ram
Then it begins the boot process (Reads the DSL boot disk)
The the screen goes blank and restarts whit the Ram check again...

I used Rawrite2.exe to make the floppy and then used another utilitie for win (winraw or something) and nothing.

Any idea?

Try running cfdisk on root and to the non-mounted drive (eg /dev/hda1), if you wern't allready...

Or you could try to use sfdisk, depending on what your doing.
