DSL is great, you've done a great job John. (yada yada, I'm not being sarcastic, I'm just a bit low on the language side)
I've got this show-stopping problem: can't access the internet! I'm using ADSL and connecting with PPPOE, Damn small linux and Flonix(based off it) both can't recognize my NIC.
At the boot screen:
Quote | Configuring network interfaces... FAILED |
This process works with Knoppix and various other (bloated) distros based off it. Even WINBLOWZ does. I've tried using the ADSL/PPPOE configuration thingy but an ugly error messege pops out and tells me that no NIC is found. In flonix there is an additional BASH comment:
Quote | modconf: command not found |
Well roughly like that, I just remembered 'modconf'
Any help? That's the only thing stopping me from doing an HD install right now
PS: Enmity is me.
