Like i tell everyone who uses wireless over here, get a US robotics ethernet bridge it turns any wired system to wireless you set it once and forget it, you can jump from linux to linux and still have a connection with no setup. :p

You can also buy a Linksys WRT54g wireless router and install a Linux firmware update like Sveasoft or OpenWRT and you can turn it into a combination 4 port wireless Ethernet bridge and also a wireless repeater.  Just use the "WDS" feature.

The WRT54G are selling for an extra $10 over the price of a wireless adapter, so if you want a wireless desktop PC and/or gaming console with no special wireless driver issues, it is a great choice.
