u2musicmike!!
Thanks for ur reply, I am using a Lucent internal Modem card connected to the PCI slot of my thin client and also using the proper ISP details. But again due to some thing I am really getting confused. As you told the modem is a Winmodem but while booting this modem is getting detected.(I can see the info display) whether this ensures that the modem has its driver installed??? or what I have to do for finding out the same(i.e., the driver is there or not).To install the driver what I have to do??.I will be the happiest person once I hear the dialling tone>>>
