still can't get host renamed. so far i've edited the lilo.conf file and added "host=name_i_want" in the append section and ran lilo. after reboot, nothing is changed. but, if i boot with cd and at prompt i type "dsl host=name_i_want", when x starts it says "Host=name_i_want ip_addy". i've looked around and the ways that are mentioned don't seem to work for me. anyone know something different? is there another file i need to edit?
