Yes, ndiswrapper uses windows drivers (you need both the .inf and the .sys files) - there are plenty of details on the ndiswrapper site but it could be that your device will work with a linux driver.

In my case I use an XP driver for a Broadcomm device - I had to try several drivers before I found one that would work.
