Hi, everybody.
I am honestly new in linux and i would like to know how to install my intel ambient modem under DSL from cd and how to see what directories in /dev are connected with what hardware components? For example, i know that sometimes when i install modem on linux, he creates /dev/modem and i know where to find it and what it is used for but what with rest directories in /dev. When i plug my usb flash memory how to approach him. i need to know what to mount.
