EDIT: NdisWrapper - Installation and Troubleshooting may help you. You may try boot with option: acpi=noirq or acpi=off.

I'm having a similar problem with my dell wireless 1370 minipci card and so far i've tried as many of the suggestions on the three threads i've found relating to getting wifi cards with broadcom 4318 chipset set up and working in DSL. Anyone got any more suggestions that may work?
