In no way do I consider this the definitive article on Linux. That's why there are so many external references.

Fioddor: That's why it would probably be better to just link to Wikipedia's article and get rid of this one. Let's focus in DSL, here.
BTW, good job, overall! (I mean your many contributions during last months) :-)
I did this one this way primarily because of the multiplicity of articles specifically related to Linux in Wikipedia. A DSL newbie might miss one of the Wikipedia articles that contains the answer s/he sought.
