I don't currently have plans to support UEFI, but many newer systems have legacy modes so that they may still boot DSL. However, you may be running into the isolinux issue if you are trying to boot USB. There is a workaround for that.

Or you could try booting the low compression lz4 testing iso I made a couple of days ago, it already has isohybrid applied:
