Hi MrAureliusR,
Sorry for the delayed response. I have been working a lot lately (56 hours this week) and really tired at the end of the day, but I wanted to give your post the attention it deserves.
1. If there are any major bugs that crop up I will do more RCs for testing. If not I will just push the current RC to the initial 2024.
2. I am going to make 2025 a related but smaller sized distribution.
3. No, I am one person working mostly alone. So, I work on it as I can, between hours of paid work.
4. I have no plans, but I am open to possibilities. If there is demand out there for something like a tiling window manager I would consider adding one. I do not see going DE anytime soon.
5 I absolutely would love help of any kind! I don't see writing a book right now, partially because 2024 piggybacks so much off of antiX, but I think a lot of How-To type of articles could be written, and if it makes sense then we can organize them into a book at some point. Otherwise we could just host them in some type of online resource.
6 You can post here, message me here or email me, John@damnsmalllinux.org.
Thank you,
John
