It's there. Hard to help not knowing what you're working with. Are you working from a live disc? You would need to either install or make a persistent live USB first.
In case it was a typing issue on a HD installation, you can use the antiX installer tool to search and load it to be sure. Also, if installed, have you completed the DSL File Restore (middle of menu)? Do that as well. Back to mupdf:
sudo cli-aptiX
accept the update
do any necessary upgrades
then search for packages and type
mupdf*
and it should find the 4 packages that match that.
select the packages by number and then install them.
