man pages not working (no manual entry for...)

man pages not working (no manual entry for...)

I tried to use man pages for many commands such as apt and ping, but it's showing "no manual entry for (command)". I am new to Linux and would appreciate any help regarding how fix this issue. I really want to use the man pages. And this is a fresh install of DSL 2024. Huh

Man pages (and other useful bits) are in separate blob so that distro still fits in CD for old machines with only CD booting capability.

Choose the menu entry in the screen attached in the above post--DSL File Restore.
