I haven't checked it out yet, so I may have more questions! Anyways, I went to their website and downloaded their free music ... it downloaded to Desktop (firefox), but now I can't find it. I've used "whereis", "find", and locate"; those are the only three commands I know of to find lost files, but none of them were able to find my .mp3 files, so I can play the music. Of all the ones I downloaded, "Cocaine" was the last to download .... do you know how hard it is to hear that song over and over without stopping, for four or five hours without a break, while you're trying to figure out where the rest of the downloads are? ........... never mind, I won't answer that in public!! ........

Can anyone help me to find my lost files? TIA, IM2Slick

I think the default location for Firefox saved files is /home/dsl

Note: This is an instrumental version, .... I didn't hear any words whatsoever, so I don't think they are promoting dangerous drug abuse on this forum,They are just playing music that they enjoy, if you wish to enjoy listening to what they are playing. That being said, what problems might I expect when trying to use apsfilter to run my HP all-in-one printer? TIA

Or else you may use the `find` or `gtkfind` or `updatedb && locate` tools

It will install your printer but that ASCII art lettering is just stupid, as is the "postcard-ware" concept, ridiculous dialogue and the fact that the test page prints out a photo of some grinning bloke's head. DSL is a distro aimed at professional and business people, but apsfilter's development to maturity seems stalled around 1990, in some obscure Euro-college running UNIX on a SPARC.
