Could you do me a favor and point me to the tutorial that tells how to do something like that?  I have an old 75Mhz Pentium that I want to set up.  It does not have the capability to boot from the CD rom (if i borrow one to put in there even).  It will be a little work slave accessed thru SSH.  I just need to get it running.  I am not that proficient with linux, but I am good at reading instructions and making it work.

Thanks.
Matthew

The method I did takes a bit of work but it does work!!

P.S.  This is a HOWTO revision in a kind of Wiki format requested by roberts (old method was for 0.7.* and below)

Ok, I tried it... and my computer threw up on me.  So many errors.  That and they were in hexidecimal.  I dont read hexidecimal!  I broke down and am installing windows on it.  I am going to install the grub loader and hopefully dual boot.  I know windows.. but I cant run what I need to and windows on 64 megs.

*edit*  I used fdisk to make the two HDD (Pri 700Mb, Sla 800Mb) into a single fat16 partition per drive (I had fedora core 2 installed on them by another machine).  Then I booted with the floppy and it worked... kinda.  I entered "dsl 2" at the first prompt... and it did its thing... and then I got the "knoppix#" prompt.  I tried the "dsl-hdinstall" command and it told me it didnt exist.  What did I do wrong?
