Felson,
Konsole?  Gaim? GTK-2.10.9?  I have to say I admire your efforts, as the least venture into compiling GTK2 stuff on DSL for me has been a headache,  and QT hasn't been much easier.  But GTK2 from Sarge pretty much installs right into Woody without any (I'm pretty sure) non-GTK2 package upgrades, and that may be the easy way out for me to make a package so I can fiddle with GTK2 stuff with DSL without all the trials.  Haven't tried that approach yet but it should make things easier for me.  Anyway, I wanted to say nice work, even if Konsole brought my machine to it's knees.  :)

he ya, Konsole is a bit of a pig. I am to used to haveing my keymapings & tabs in it, so it drives me nuts to work without it now. I supose I could have just built mulit-gnome-terminal, but I don't like that one as much. I may just build it anyway though. Be nice for those with computers that aren't strong enough for konsole.

As for debs, I tried that first. Didn't have allot of luck, so I just bit the bullet, and did it this way. I think, at this point, the DEBs are a lost cause.... The ones that are "safe" are just to darn old, and the ones that aren't are about as much work as building from source.

konsole.dsl
gtk+-2.10.9.dsl
XFree86-devel.dsl

From Juanito
bluez-utils.dsl
irda-utils.dsl

Now posted in the UNC area:

From Felson:
gaim-1.5.0.unc
konsole.unc
gtk+-2.10.9.unc
XFree86-devel.unc

From Juanito
bluez-utils.unc

Also, I have uploaded an alsa.dsl based on the alsa.unc. The new alsa.dsl is for dsl-3.x (2.4.26 kernel) and will be supported in the next v3.3 RC3 for autoload as the current alsa.unc does now. The alsa.dsl is in the system area.
