z,
We had a big storm here yesterday, power down in the neighborhood rest of the day.
Ok, I see that Nvu is gtk2-related. I brought gtk2 down, now Nvu launches, although I can't seem to save any pages, the app crashes when I hit 'Save.' I'll play around with that, see if any permission changes help. Is there a log somewhere I might be able to see some info?
realplayer is a .uci, and it's still not even showing an icon, or esponding to 'which realplayer' I wonder if there's some library I need for that?
mplayer still shows the icon but doesn't launch. I deleted it, re-downloaded, still no joy. mplayer is a .dsl. Same question, do you know if there's a dependency I might not have?
