I tried to instal the driver from http://www.heby.de/ltmodem but is build with GCC 3,

If somebody has the driver build with gcc 2 please send me.

I built lucent drivers using the gcc and kernel headers available in the myDSL repository.  I never succeeded in actually using them, but they did get built and loaded without errors
